VoltDB Administration Cmd Line is already included in the installation of VoltDB, but can be used separately on a different machine.

VoltDB Web Studio

Browser-based database monitor. Lets you see performance metrics, issue queries, call stored procedures, and examine the schema of a VoltDB database. Included as part of the community and enterprise edition server kits but also available here as a standalone tool.
